General Policy
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy confirmed at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be provided for missed, partially used, or unused experiences.
Climblanka Cancellation Terms
- Full Refund (100%) – For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled activity.
- 50% Refund – For cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the scheduled activity.
- 90% Refund – For cancellations made on the same day due to weather conditions, natural events, or force majeure circumstances.
Climblanka reserves the right to assess weather or force majeure conditions based on safety considerations.
