3. User Responsibilities
By using Climblanka, you agree to:

- Follow safety instructions, guidelines, and local laws
- Respect nature, wildlife, communities, and fellow participants
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Refrain from any activity that could harm Climblanka, its partners, or the environment
4. Bookings, Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payments must be completed through approved payment methods.
- Climblanka reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the activity or partner.
- Refunds will follow the specific cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be provided for missed or unused experiences.
- Climblanka will refund 90% of full payment for cancellations due to weather conditions, natural events, or force majeure.
6. Safety & Risk Acknowledgement
Outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risks.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- You understand and accept these risks
- You are physically and mentally fit to participate
- You follow all safety instructions given by guides or facilitators
Climblanka is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage unless caused by proven gross negligence.
7. Environmental & Ethical Commitment
Climblanka promotes sustainable and ethical practices. Users must:
- Avoid littering or environmental damage
- Respect cultural heritage and local communities
- Follow “leave no trace” principles
Violation of these principles may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Climblanka platform, including text, images, logos, videos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Climblanka unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Climblanka may collaborate with guides, hosts, vendors, or third-party service providers.
- Climblanka acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for third-party actions or omissions.
- Third-party terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Climblanka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
